EverydayHappy Review & Giveaway
We were recently sent a package of goodies to try from EverydayHappy, but the opinions are all mine.

The box contained their “Face & Body Lotion”, “Liquid Hand Soap”, “Laundry Detergent” and the “Shampoo and Body Wash.” This package could not have come at a better time. We have been battling one serious infection after another for the past two weeks, so getting items to clean hands and do laundry was simply a stroke of genius timing.

Face & Body Lotion:
As luck would have it, I ran out of my normal face lotion by the time this package arrived. I normally don’t like to experiment with facial lotions, because of breakouts – and seriously – who wants to have acne when they are in their 40s (or 30s – or EVER!?!) But this lotion is really light and has been very good for my skin. It doesn’t have a heavy fragrance or greasy feel to it – this lotion was perfectly light and moisturizing.

Laundry Detergent:
I think the fact that I washed everything in sight this weekend is a testament to the fact that this detergent smells incredible (very lightly scented) and it leaves the clothes feeling very clean and soft. Our house has been full of germs the past couple of weeks, so a thorough laundry marathon was necessary. This was probably my favorite product in the box.

Shampoo and Body Wash:
I tried the 2-in-1 Shampoo and Body Wash, simply because I like to try things before I use them on the babies. All their products have a very faint fresh scent, and this wash is no exception. It is a very light non-drying shampoo. It really worked wonders for both me and the kids.

Liquid Hand Soap:

The soap was also put to good use due to our influenza outbreak. I am a complete germ-freak, especially when someone in the house is sick. I constantly remind/ nag the kids to wash their hands. I have in the past had really bad reactions to harsh soaps and antibacterial solutions on my hands, so I was a little nervous to try something new – but wow – this was such a great soap. My hands felt clean, not dry and (knock on wood) although I was the primary caregiver I did not get sick.

The EverydayHappy products are a great complement to your daily cleaning/ body care regiment. I was thrilled to receive the bundle and am really excited for the opportunity to share it with one of my lucky readers. My only warning is that you will want to do a lot of laundry once you receive this prize pack – line up a few people to fold all your laundry before entering the giveaway – JUST in case you win!
